Our GMP/GWP certified facilities provide controlled ambient, cold chain and frozen storage areas with temperature ranges that include:

Ambient temperature (15°C to 25°C)
Refrigerator (2°C to 8°C)
Freezer temperature (-25°C to -15°C)
Freezer temperature (-40°C & -80°C)

Our in-house specialists work to ensure the stability of your products during storage, regardless of the length of time they are under our care, prior to distribution with our 24/7 temperature monitoring systems.

Our warehouse is equipped with 24/7 CCTV cameras and security alarms to ensure the safety and security of clinical products.

We maintain uninterrupted power supply to ensure that clinical trial products are consistently stored at the appropriate temperature.

Each product will be meticulously stored in its designated location, with comprehensive information, as a fundamental part of our inventory management system, which ensures enhanced traceability and minimises the risk of errors.
